Please join us for one of our many offerings to energize the body and soul.  We offer a variety of classes in Feldenkrais, Yoga, Qi Gong and Meditation.  Classes can be scheduled through our teacher's individual websites.

Embodied Relationships with Jenny Hayo

Easeful and intimate connection with others is vital to our health.  This series is for relationships of any kind: partners, friends, parent/child, co-workers, siblings, who wish to deepen their connection with each other. Grounded in loving presence, class offers various exercises to investigate, nurture and potentially heal our relationship to intimacy. No experience necessary. Please be comfortable offering gentle touch to your partner.

Good Body Yoga-Six week series, March 13th-April 24th

Good Body is a trauma sensitive yoga class for those who are on the journey towards body love. You would be a good fit for this class if you feel uncomfortable in your own skin, if you occasionally feel preoccupied by body shame, or if you have a difficult time taking care of your body. Jenny uses a blend of gentle yoga, meditation, healing touch, and her therapeutic awareness to guide participants towards facing their bodies and developing body acceptance. 

ALL bodies and ALL levels of ability are welcomed to join!

Thursdays

Functional Conditioning with Deirdre Wilcox

6:30pm-7:45pm

This class is a fun way to condition specific areas that we over/under use in everyday life. We work to release tension, gain strength and flexibility, improve balance and posture, ease and confidence. Our focus is functional, the patterns of everyday life—our goal is to change the patterns that don’t serve us to ones that support optimal health and quality of life. Slow, deep conditioning work with core focus, stretching and restoration to balance the practice.
